pub struct PrecursorSearchIndex { /* private fields */ }Expand description
A built search index over MS1 with per-group eligibility masks.
Implementations§
Source§impl PrecursorSearchIndex
impl PrecursorSearchIndex
Sourcepub fn build(
ds: &TimsDatasetDIA,
ms1: &[ClusterResult1D],
opts: &CandidateOpts,
) -> Self
pub fn build( ds: &TimsDatasetDIA, ms1: &[ClusterResult1D], opts: &CandidateOpts, ) -> Self
Build once per dataset / MS1 set.
Sourcepub fn enumerate_pairs(
&self,
ms1: &[ClusterResult1D],
ms2: &[ClusterResult1D],
opts: &CandidateOpts,
) -> Vec<(usize, usize)>
pub fn enumerate_pairs( &self, ms1: &[ClusterResult1D], ms2: &[ClusterResult1D], opts: &CandidateOpts, ) -> Vec<(usize, usize)>
Enumerate physically plausible MS1–MS2 pairs.
Conditions:
- Same window group.
- RT overlap (with optional Jaccard threshold).
- IM window overlap (min_im_overlap_scans).
- Apex deltas in RT/IM within user bounds.
- NEW: there exists at least one tile (ProgramSlice) where:
- precursor IM window overlaps tile scans AND precursor m/z is in tile isolation
- fragment IM window overlaps tile scans (no m/z restriction).
