One physical MS2 acquisition unit. Holds one window for Astral/SCIEX; several mobility-partitioned windows (sharing the frame) for timsTOF.
Fields§
§windows: Vec<DiaWindow>§analyzer: Analyzer§data_mode: DataMode§duration_s: Option<f64>§vendor_group_id: Option<u32>The vendor’s native group id for this frame, preserved for round-trip
fidelity (Bruker WindowGroup). None for vendors without one. The cycle
order is authoritative for simultaneity/ordering; this is identity only
— needed so a Bruker adapter regenerates the original WindowGroup values
that companion tables (DiaFrameMsMsInfo) reference.
